Executive Team- HSM PerformX was founded by Steven M. Hirt in 2020 following a successful career in both industry and business services. Prior to founding HSM Steve was an executive leader for The Village Companies. Steve provided strategic insight and planning to the operating companies within The Village. Steve also founded Optima Associates, a strategic and operations advisory firm in 2003. Optima was acquired by The Village in 2018. Prior to Optima, Steve was president of the industrial business unit of Performa Inc., an architectural, engineering and planning firm.. Steve also held various CFO, VP of Finance, Operations Management and Continuous Improvement roles in a variety of industries. He brings a big picture view to planning while ensuring there is enough detail and clarity to ensure success. Steve works with leadership to the front-line to ensure alignment, understanding and the standard work required for success. Through his career Steve has lead over 70 strategic development processes for companies ranging in size from $20MM to multi-billion in a variety of industries and organization types.
