Before deploying strategy you must create the direction including Mission, Vision, Values, Key metrics and breakthrough objectives.  These are developed through leadership off-sites utilizing a story-boarding process.  Through this iterative process the leadership team is actively engaged to discover, evaluate and choose the key strategic elements of the business.
