Steven M. Hirt

Steve has a passion for guiding organizations on their strategic and continuous improvement (lean) journey. He is skilled at helping leaders envision their future, develop actionable plans, and establish the necessary routines to achieve results…all while building team performance. He provides customers with a hands-on, engaging, and visual process to create leadership focus and commitment to strategy. Steve takes a  systems approach to strategy development and deployment, ensuring an evergreen process.

Prior to HSM Performance, Steve was the Founder/President of Optima Associates, a strategic and operations advisory firm. After 15 years of growth, Steve successfully sold Optima and transitioned leadership to a new team. Steve was also president of a 60-person strategically based consulting, engineering, and architectural design firm. His primary responsibility was the development and growth of the corporate/ industrial sector. Steve has also held senior executive positions in finance and operations for global food manufacturing and consumer products companies. 

In addition to leading HSM, Steve is a Vistage Chair in the Southwest Florida Market. In this role Steve facilitates CEO’s, business owners and business executives to improve their personal and business leadership effectiveness.

Christian Wolcott 

 What makes Christian different is his passion, energy and enthusiasm for the application of continuous improvement -Kaizen-which has been a thread running through his career from the very beginning of his time working in Manufacturing to time spent serving clients in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Food, Retail, Social Media, Education, Government, NGO, Healthcare or non-profit. His core values of honesty, integrity, humility, positivity and creative spirit bound by his faith show in his fresh, pragmatic service to others.

 Roger Wolfe has been involved in continuous improvement for over thirty two years. Twenty one of those years have been in consulting assisting businesses to improve their processes and providing a high ROI.
