Paul Leao
Paul has been in manufacturing his entire 43 year career in various businesses and roles. Starting as a machinist in a prototype shop building unique and one-off power transmission to an enterprise excellence coach. He has been engaged in continuous improvement for more than 25 years. Over that time, he has learned the critical impact and effectiveness of management systems; essentially how to build and implement systems that keep everyone focused and on track for results. Paul has spent many years coaching leaders at all levels of the enterprise. His purpose to "Grow People" has guided his journey throughout his personal life and career resulting in positive change in others and their teams. He is driven to teach, coach, and mentor about processes, plans, and people.
Jon Harry
Jon is a people-focused mentor, consultant, coach, instructor, and speaker. His areas of expertise include operational excellence, leadership development and strategy deployment. His career of 36 years includes overseeing core business functions – operations, continuous improvement, engineering, quality, supply chain and human resources at market leading engineering and design companies in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Jon has spent extensive time leading the lean transformation at Boss Snowplow and Systems Control in Iron Mountain.
Jon is a two-time speaker at the world’s largest lean conference – the Association for Manufacturing Excellence Conference (2009, 2016) and at the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association Lean Conference, Manitoba, Canada (2018).
Currently, Jon owns and operates Jon Harry Consulting, LLC, a small business that provides consulting, coaching, and training. He is an Executive Mentor for Executive Agenda and a Cohort Lead at the Center for Exceptional Leadership
Jon holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Michigan Tech University and an MBA from Lake Superior State University.
Jon lives in Florence, Wisconsin and Venice, Florida with his wife Suzanne. They have two grown and married kids along with two grandkids.

Ed is a senior executive experienced in Lean Business transformation having lived it with outstanding results. Ed has wide experience in leveraging Lean Business strategies achieving sustained high growth levels in sales and profits. Fortifying and building high performing teams with high accountability and sense of urgency. Developing and deploying company strategies (using Hoshin Kanri - Policy Deployment) focused on customers based on a foundation of continuous improvement. Experienced in various manufacturing and service industries.
Present and past director of various private company boards. Including strategy, compensation and audit committees. Involved with various private equity groups supporting M&A opportunities as well as an active investor in selected companies. Particular skills in business and market analysis in realizing both potential growth and Lean transformation opportunities that create value raising the multiple of a company’s value.
Former member of Central Connecticut State University, business school Industry Advisory Board. Former member of ConnStep (CT-MEP) advisory board. Guest lectured at several business school classes. Coauthored a few business school case studies and industry magazine articles on Lean as a growth engine. Presented at various Lean Enterprise industry symposiums, including National and regional Shingo Prize meetings, Lean Accounting Summits and others.
