At its core, it’s about helping leaders connect three things oftened treat separately:
who we are becoming, why we’re here, and what we’re courageously pursuing.  As I continue to push myself to pursue something bigger than me— a purpose anchored in meaning, service, and identity, I hope to share my successes, failures and key learnings, and provide the tools and resources to enable others focused on turning possibilities into achievements.
